Am I required to register on the Dirty Benefits website?
If you’re not big on registering, you may also place your order through our Instagram (@DirtyBenefits) where you will find a phone number to contact, or you can slide into our DMs!

How do I make payment?
Currently, we accept payment via Bank Wire transfer and Paypal. We are in the midst of activating our online payment gateway system for Credit Card and easier online payment, so hang in there! If you need to reach us or for some reason are unable to place an order through our shopping cart system, please email hello@dirtybenefits.com.

What can I do if the payment for my order is declined?
Well, that’s a bummer! Please submit a new order as we are unable to process any orders if payment has not been made and verified by Dirty Benefits.

I’m missing an item from my order, what do I do?
We sincerely apologise for that! Please drop us an email at hello@dirtybenefits.com with your order number included and we’ll send you the missing item A.S.A.P!

What do I do if I have an incorrect item in my order?
Don’t panic! Email us at hello@dirtybenefits.com and we’ll process an exchange for the incorrect item A.S.A.P. In the event that stocks are no longer available, store credits/refunds will be issued.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
Oh no! Again, our most sincere apologies! Please email us at hello@dirtybenefits.com within 5 working days of receiving the item(s), along with clear snapshots of the damaged area and we’ll process an exchange for the faulty item immediately.

Customers will be required to mail the damaged item to us within 5 working days. A replacement will be sent out together with a stamped envelope for the return of the damaged item. In the event whereby the item is out of stock, store credits/refunds may be issued but only once the damaged item is returned to us. Meetups will strictly not be adhered to for exchanges and returns.

Can I amend my order after I’ve placed it?
If we are contacted immediately (within a few hours after your order is placed), for sure! If a couple days have passed and you realised what you got was not exactly what you wanted, please email us at hello@dirtybenefits.com with your order number to check if your item has been dispatched.

Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
Please email us at hello@dirtybenefits.com with your order number and we will evaluate on a case by case basis.

Do you offer a wholesale discount for bulk buying?
Yes, but at a certain quantity. Drop us an email at hello@dirtybenefits.com and we’ll assist you accordingly.

Can I buy and resell Dirty Benefits’ products on my own platform?
Absolutely NOT! When you purchase our products, you’ve agreed to purchase for your own personal use. We have every right to cancel or reject your order if we have any reason to believe you are redistributing our products for personal gain

Delivery

What delivery options do you offer?
Standard courier delivery which takes 1 to 3 working days via Poslaju (RM5 to West Malaysia, RM8 to East Malaysia).
Free standard courier delivery is offered for local purchases above RM200.

How long would it take to receive my parcel after payment?
It usually takes 1 – 2 working days after your payment has been verified to process your order and dispatch your parcel. Just sit back, relax, and wait for your parcel to arrive!

Can I track the delivery of my order?
You can track your order via www.poslaju.com.my if you have opted for standard courier delivery. The tracking number will be provided by us upon request.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?
You’ll receive a little note from Poslaju in your mailbox with an address to a meetup point to collect your parcel. But if you take too long (after 7 working days), we most likely have your parcel.

My order status is still being processed, when will it be posted?
Rest assured that we will post your order once we have verified everything on our end.

Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address?
Please email us at hello@dirtybenefits.com with your order number for us to check if your parcel has been dispatched. If it has, we’re sorry to inform that we are unable to redirect it to a different address.

Can I choose a specific time or day for my delivery?
Unfortunately, this service is currently unavailable for all our postage options. However, we encourage you to keep us updated on your availability to ensure your presence during the arrival of your parcel.

Can I pick up my items in store?
Yes. Our HQ in SS15, Subang Jaya is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 11AM – 5PM. Just contact us (via Instagram, call/text, or email) to let us know when you’re coming!

What is unique about Dirty Benefits?
Since our establishment in 2015, we have meticulously researched, developed and revised the formulations across our skincare range. By improving our formulas, we are enhancing the efficacy of the products to provide maximum benefit and results.
Our products are 100% natural as we believe mother nature has a lot to offer. By seeking out veritably natural and organic products, we are making a positive difference to our own health as well as respecting our environment.
Due to the ingredients being organic and natural, colour and consistency may vary from batch to batch. This does not in anyway affect the quality or efficacy of the product.

Is Dirty Benefits a Malaysian brand?
Yes! We are 100% Malaysian owned and made. It is important to us to maintain this standard as a quality control measure and to make sure that we continue to boost our local beauty industry.

Do natural ingredients really work?
Natural active ingredients that are of a medicinal standard effectively care for the skin on a cellular level. It would be ignorant to think that only cosmetics created by the newest technologies can achieve great results. Our bodies work the same way plants do to fight harmful free radicals with the assistance of antioxidants, flavonoids and vitamins. But bear in mind that different skin types have different reactions to different ingredients!

Are Dirty Benefits’ products suitable for men?
Most certainly! We consider our products to be unisex. Men should prioritise skin care too!

Do you test on animals?
NO! We guarantee that all of our products and raw ingredients have NOT been tested on animals. Our products are made and tested by people – and only people.

How should I test if the products are suitable for me?
We recommend that you simplify your skincare routine, particularly when introducing new products. It is very difficult to pinpoint the product or a specific ingredient if you were to have a reaction. We’d be happy to provide samples upon request with minimum charge.

Are any ingredients used in your products derived from animals?
The ingredients we use are all plant-based, so we’re 100% vegan!
What are the preservatives used to ensure its products’ shelf life?
We utilise several plant based preservative systems dependent on the product. This includes small concentrations of natural plant extracts, vitamin E and natural antioxidants. Preservation is necessary and is there to protect the end user from harmful yeasts, moulds and bacteria.

What is the expiry date for Dirty Benefits’ products?
All products have a guaranteed shelf-life of 6 months if left unopened. We suggest the products to be used within 3 months of opening. Products that are in jars should always be used with a spatula to dispense product and replace the cap after use and keep water tight.

What if the product I want is out of stock?
If our seasonal products are what you’re looking for, we’re sorry to inform that you’re just going to have to sit back and pray for a comeback! As for our other products, they are always in stock!

Are gifting services available?
Yes, they are! If you’re on our Instagram, just mention in the DMs as you place your order. If you’re from our site, drop us an email at hello@dirtybenefits.com along with your order number and message!

Can I return my jars/bottles after I’ve finished my product(s)?
It’d be awesome if you could! We appreciate customers’ initiatives to care for the environment, as we’re doing our best to on our end.
You can either drop it off at our HQ in SS15, Subang Jaya or you can have it posted to us; and you’ll receive discounts on your next purchase!

Pricing

Our prices reflect the quality and standard of our meticulously researched and revised formulations and packaging.
Pricing is usually indicative of quality. If a product is cheap then it is highly likely that it is not fully certified organic. Certified organic raw materials are more costly due to the economies of scale.

Each ingredient in our formulas is of the highest quality and is used in effective quantities. By comparison with competitors our product price per ml is on par with other luxury skincare brands.

In addition, as we do not mass produce, Dirty Benefits’ labour component is high. Our products are handmade with love, care, and integrity. We are vigilant about quality control and keeping manufacturing in-house.
